Prepare a build packet
Connect the material list, whole-pack purchase scenario, cut map and assembly dependencies. Pack terms are your declared assumptions; this creates no order, receipt or completed work.
Add materials and dimensioned parts below first. Existing Cutting and Assembly records will join this same packet.
Declare pack terms and usable-stock basis
Existing usable cuts are preserved, then residual copies are planned against one declared offer per material. Whole-pack rounding also covers the independent BOM allowance floor; it does not add kerf twice. Packet files are limited to 4 MB; the existing workspace storage limit is unchanged. At most 2,000 proposed lengths and 10,000 packs per material; no minimum-cost or globally optimal claim. Sheet geometry, grain, defects, machine limits, tax and labor are outside this packet.
Build one material list and dimensioned parts list. Cutting and assembly use these same records. Stock and prices can remain unknown.
Costed bill of materials
Add a material and a part to calculate requirements.
Costs use entered unit prices, rounded to two decimals per material. Waste allowance is a purchase estimate; cutting loss is calculated separately. No tax, labor or supplier price lookup.
