Paid service availability is checked at runtime. Sign in to check your account access; manual tools and file downloads remain free.

Free use and optional paid services

Exploring apps, working in your session and downloading files are free. Managed cloud persistence and AI are separately charged services using a prepaid balance. There is no per-seat or per-app subscription.

Storage requires acceptance of the displayed payer and rate. Individual storage is $1 per 30 days while projects are retained, including 100 MB; business storage is $5 per 30 days, including 1 GB pooled across the workspace. Additional storage costs $0.01 per decimal MB per 30 days. Retained versions count toward storage. Charges are continuously prorated over a fixed 30-day period; empty accounts have no storage minimum. See plans and pricing.

Spending and top-ups

Top-ups are manual: at least $5 for personal accounts and $20 for business workspaces. There are no recurring card charges or automatic refills. Credits are nontransferable service credits, not cash. Organization payments and spending require the relevant workspace authority.

Before an AI run, review the selected material, payer and maximum charge. The accepted maximum is reserved first. For chargeable AI work, the charge is the lesser of 2 times the reconciled OpenRouter credit cost and your accepted maximum. Account and member spending limits also apply. Unresolved usage remains pending until reconciled; a pending charge is not a zero-cost result.

Insufficient available credits pause new growth and AI. Retained storage continues to accrue charges while funded at the accepted rate, including archived work. Archiving does not delete content or pause storage charges.

Saved work, refunds and support

Ordinary retained AI answers have seven-day recovery access. Under the current retention policy, zero balance alone does not automatically delete saved work; this is not indefinite retention. Permanently deleting a saved project removes its content and all retained versions from active storage and stops their future storage charges. The payer’s storage minimum stops when no projects remain. Individual older versions cannot be removed separately. Payment and billing audit records remain; this action does not immediately erase separate provider copies, logs or backups. See saved work and recovery for access and copy boundaries.

Unused-credit refund requests within 30 days of the relevant top-up receive manual review. Duplicate charges and billing or fulfillment errors are reviewed separately, including outside that window. A request is not automatic approval. See refund requests.
