- Shared data counted once; spending and usage attributed to apps, projects and users.
An authorized organization billing workspace is required. Sign in to check organization creation and invitations. Business billing also requires enabled service configuration and workspace authority.
How the balance works
- Add service credits manually. No recurring card charges, automatic refill, per-seat fee or per-app subscription.
- Save when you want managed persistence. Storage accrues by retained logical bytes and elapsed UTC time, including retained versions. Permanent deletion removes a saved project and all its retained versions from active storage and stops their future charges; the storage minimum stops when no projects remain. Individual older versions cannot be removed separately. Archiving keeps content and continues storage charges while funded. Files on your device do not consume cloud storage.
- Review AI cost before running. Customer cost is 2 times reconciled OpenRouter credit cost. The maximum is reserved first; unresolved usage stays pending until reconciliation.
- Keep control of your work. At insufficient credit, growth and AI pause. Recovery and export remain available under ownership and membership checks.
One MB = 1,000,000 bytes; one GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes. The pricing month is a fixed 30 days, continuously prorated without calendar resets. Empty accounts have no storage minimum. Credits are nontransferable service credits, not cash.
