Ordinary AI answer recovery

Ordinary retained AI answers have a seven-day recovery access window. Save or export an answer you want to keep. Access remains subject to your account and workspace permissions.

The end of that window does not mean every copy is deleted at that moment. An answer saved into a workspace follows that workspace’s retention. Billing records and separate verification records are not covered by the ordinary answer-recovery window.

Archived work

Archiving keeps saved content and its retained versions. Archived storage continues to accrue charges while funded at your accepted storage rate; archive is neither deletion nor a billing pause.

Permanently deleting a saved project removes its saved content and all retained versions from active storage and stops their future storage accrual. The payer’s storage minimum stops when no saved projects remain. Individual older versions cannot be removed separately. Payment and billing audit records remain; this action does not immediately erase separate provider copies, logs or backups. Files you export to your device are separate from the retained cloud copy.

Zero balance

Under the current retention policy, saved work is not automatically deleted solely because the balance reaches zero. New growth and AI may be paused, while recovery and export remain subject to your current access rights. This policy is not a promise of indefinite retention.
